And from the outside, it seemed like I had it all...
A thriving career, a beautiful family, and living an ideal life.
But here's the truth:
I was 60 pounds overweight.
Deep down, I was drowning in stress... desperately trying to balance the demands of my job, family, finances, and day-to-day life.
And I was on the edge of a major physical and mental breakdown.
